Anne Celeste Heche is an American actor, who was renowned for playing a wide range of roles in films as well as television and the stage. She was awarded numerous awards such as Daytime Emmy Award. Anne Celeste Heche was an American actor. She died on the 11th of August, 2022. Her first role was as twins Vicky Hudson & Marley Love in the soap drama Another World from 1987-1991. She won the Daytime Emmy Award & two Soap Opera Digest Awards. The 1990s saw her gained more fame with her performances in the movies Donnie Brasco (1997), Volcano (1997) as well as I Know What You Did the previous Summer (1997). She was also in the action comedy movie Six Days Seven Nights (1998), the comedy-action film Wag the Dog (1997) and the thriller drama Return to Paradise (2000) and the political comedy Wag the Dog (2007). Anne Lockhart (born Anne Kathleen Maloney on September 6, 1953) is an American actor from America. She was best known as Lieutenant Sheba on the TV series Battlestar Galactica ( 1978-1979). She is a daughter of actor June Lockhart. Her grandfather was actor Gene Lockhart. Lockhart started her acting career very early. In the age of four, Lockhart appeared in the film T is for Tumbleweed. The short film that dealt with a theme was nominated for an Academy Award. Her mother took her to the studio where she learned about what the industry of film was like. Lockhart also appeared in several scenes of Lassie. Dora in Jory was her first movie in 1972. In 1972, she turned 18 years old when she played Joan Crawford's daughter Joan Crawford on The Sixth Sense. It was Joan's last acting appearance. Anne turned down the role of Laurie Strode in John Carpenter's Halloween, 1978. Jaime Lee Curtis later took on the role. Carpenter said that Anne was his primary option for the role, however, she declined. Anne does not recall ever having been invited with the name of John Carpenter or being offered the job. It's possible one of Anne's agents declined it for her reasons without informing her. Her initial choice was made by Glen Larson who sent her an initial script for a role in the 1978 TV series Battlestar Galactica. She initially rejected the part as she believed that the character wasn't strong enough. Later Glen made a different part specifically for her, with a much stronger character named Sheba. The Living Legend, the initial twenty-five pages she had already read and was subsequently accepted. It ran for a single season. She starred with Desi Arnaz Jr. (son of Desi Arnaz and Lucille Ball) Melanie Griffith and Robert Carradine in the movie Joyride (1977) and also co-starred alongside Michael Moriarty in the horror movie The Dark Tower (1987).
