eryl Rothery, a Canadian actress who gained fame by playing Janet Fraiser on Stargate SG-1. She also played the role of Lt. Maggie Weston, in Exosquad M.O.M. as Martin Mystery Carol Bloom in Kyle XY Grace Sherman in Cedar Cove and J.L. in The Good Doctor. She has been in such films as Magic in the Water Whisper (1998) and What an Idiot (1998). Rothery was born in British Columbia and always wanted to perform. Her career began performing on stage at thirteen, performing as dancing on stage in the show Bye Bye Birdie. The show won her the Most Outstanding Performance Award for her performance in Annie Get Your Gun, the production produced by her theatre company.
